1. TO USE COLD: store the pads in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once they've reached the desired temperature, place under the eyes and leave for 20 minutes.
2. TO USE HOT: carefully submerge the pads in hot water, making sure the temperature does not exceed 65°
-C. Alternatively, heat the pads in the microwave for 10 seconds (700W) or 5 seconds (1000W). Once they've reached the desired temperature, place under the eyes and leave for 20 minutes. Clean the pads with a cloth after each use.
